Isabella II single-family model home opens for viewing at Mediterra

London Bay Homes has completed construction of the Isabella II, a three-bedroom, three-bath single-family model home now open for viewing at Mediterra, a 1,700-acre master-planned community in North Naples.

The Isabella II, one of several floor plans offered in the builder's Reserve Collection, is located in Serata, a neighborhood of only 36 homesites. The model overlooks a large lake throughout much of its 3,009 square feet of interior living space and outdoor living areas.

With custom furnishings and finishes by Romanza Interior Design, the Isabella II offers a formal dining room, great room and den, complemented by a pool, spa, covered entry and outdoor living areas, a three-car, two-door garage for a total of 4,330 square feet.

The kitchen features dark wood-toned cabinetry, Venetian gold granite countertops and a gloss tile backsplash above the four-burner stainless steel range. Additional stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, cabinet-mounted microwave and a glass-and-stainless stove hood. The room also offers two pantries and an oversized center island with double sinks, dishwasher and breakfast bar for in-room dining.
